Born on Long Island and raised upstate New York, Chantal has always been very close with
her family. It is because of them that her recent music career has come to be...

It started in the fall of 2002 when her great-grandmother had asked her to sing at her church,
but shortly after her request she returned home from a trip to find that she had been admitted
to a nursing home (now no longer able to attend church). This happening inspired Chantal to
record a few Christmas songs on a CD to give to her. A local country band, Blue Creek (www.bluecreekcountry.com),  thought it to be a sweet gesture and agreed to record it for her.

The response to those recordings really surprised Chantal as they really seemed to touch the
hearts of those around her. In the midst of a busy marketing career Chantal received an
amazing amount of encouragement and support from those around her and those she knew in
the music industry. However, allowing herself to be completely
consumed with work, she found it impossible to
take the time to record a demo CD in aspirations
to follow any type of career in music. So, a
popular joke amongst her family and friends
was that she would have to be on an island
entirely removed from her work to accomplish
the CD.

Low & behold, long story short...Chantal
found herself recording country songs in
a recording studio on the island of Maui.
Bombing around the island in a little
white jeep that she rented she realized that,
"Everything DOES happen for a reason."

And so the story goes...let this one be a
reminder to all of us that...It is NEVER
too late to be what you might have been.
